Description
Our Concentric Rectangle Pinwheel 3D wall panels bring a crisp geometric relief to a plain wall. Each panel is a 50cm square of white PVC. On it, four raised blocks of concentric stepped rectangles turn in a pinwheel around a smaller stepped square at the centre, two lying horizontally and two standing upright. Every block climbs in a run of narrow terraces to a flat central bar or square, and flat channels part one block from the next, so a single pinwheel fills each panel. The relief is 30mm deep, so the stepped blocks stand well proud of the wall.
These panels are made for interior walls, and they sit as comfortably in homes as in offices, hotels and shops. They suit a feature wall behind a bed, a sofa or a reception desk, where the eye has time to follow the steps. Across a wall the pinwheels meet edge to edge, and the alternating horizontal and upright blocks read as a steady weave of rectangles rather than a grid of squares. Side light from a window catches every terrace and lays a fine shadow beneath it, while a lamp or downlight close to the wall picks out the channels in sharp lines.
Each panel is made from a 0.8mm sheet, and PVC is waterproof. To fit one, spread adhesive on the back and press it onto the wall; no special equipment is needed. The panels can be cut to fit, and the joins are filled with filler and wiped clean so the pattern runs on unbroken. Adhesive and filler are sold separately. When planning, four panels cover one square metre, which makes it simple to work out how many a wall needs. Care is low maintenance: wipe the surface clean with a damp cloth. For a calm room, keep nearby furniture simple and let the relief and its shadows do the work.

Frequently Asked
What does the Concentric Rectangle Pinwheel pattern look like?
Four raised blocks of stepped rectangles, two lying flat and two standing upright, turn in a pinwheel around a small stepped square, with flat channels running between them.
How big is each panel and how much wall does it cover?
Each panel is 50 x 50cm, and four panels cover one square metre of wall, which is the figure to use when you plan your order.
How are the panels fixed to the wall?
Spread adhesive across the back of each panel and press it onto the wall; you will not need any special equipment to do it.
Do the panels come with adhesive and filler?
No, you will need to buy adhesive for fixing and filler for the joins on their own, as neither comes with the panels.
Can I cut the panels to fit my wall?
Yes, they can be cut to fit, and once they are up you fill the joins with filler and wipe it clean so the pinwheels meet neatly.
How do I clean the panels?
They are low maintenance, and a wipe with a damp cloth is all the white PVC surface needs to look fresh.
