The Coin is a 650mm diameter flush ceiling light with an integrated tuneable white LED panel producing 6000lm at 100W, controlled via remote for both brightness and colour temperature adjustment between 2700K and 5000K. The circular diffuser sits within a wood-effect brown rim that wraps the perimeter, giving the fitting a warm mid-tone finish against white ceilings.

Designed for living rooms, bedrooms and open-plan kitchen-dining spaces where ceiling height is limited or a low-profile fitting is preferred, the Coin mounts flush to the ceiling with a 70mm overall depth. The tuneable white capability allows the light temperature to be shifted from warm evening tones (2700K) to cooler daytime working light (5000K) without changing the fitting or bulb, controlled from the included remote.

The 650mm diameter covers approximately the same ceiling area as a traditional 4-lamp fluorescent fitting but with a cleaner single-disc appearance and no visible tubes or diffuser panels. The wood-effect rim is a printed finish on metal rather than actual timber veneer, keeping the weight at 2.8kg and maintaining a consistent grain pattern across the circumference. The 120° beam angle provides wide, even distribution across a typical 4m x 4m room without strong shadows or hotspots in the centre.

The remote control adjusts both dimming level and colour temperature in steps, allowing settings to be matched to the time of day or activity. Installation requires connection to standard 230V mains via a ceiling rose or junction box. No additional driver box is needed as the LED driver is integrated into the fitting body. The Coin carries a 3-year warranty.

What does tuneable white mean?

Tuneable white allows you to adjust the colour temperature of the LED from warm white (2700K) through neutral (4000K) to cool daylight tones (5000K) using the remote control. This lets you match the light to the time of day or the activity without changing the bulb or fitting.

Is the remote control included?

Yes. The Coin includes a remote control that adjusts both brightness (dimming) and colour temperature. The remote operates on battery power and does not require line-of-sight to the fitting in most installations.

What room size does it suit?

The 6000lm output and 120° beam angle suit rooms up to approximately 16-20m² (4m x 4-5m). For larger open-plan spaces, two or more Coin fittings spaced evenly provide better coverage than a single larger fitting.

Is the wood-effect rim actual timber?

No. The brown rim is a wood-effect printed finish on metal rather than timber veneer. This keeps the weight down, prevents warping in humid environments, and maintains a consistent grain pattern across the full circumference.
