This is the pad cushion set for the Club double sun lounger, the part that turns a bare frame into a cushioned place for two to lie out in the sun. The set is made up of a seat pad and a pad for each backrest. There are two thicknesses: the standard pad is 3.5cm thick and sits slim and close to the frame, while the plus pad is 8.5cm thick for a deeper layer to stretch out on. Both are filled with 100% polyether fibre and foam.

It fits the Club Aluminium Double Sun Lounger Frame with Wheels, and is made for outdoor use, resistant to weathering and sunlight, so it belongs on a garden lawn, a terrace or beside the pool, wherever two people want to share a lounger. The pad comes in two choices, standard or plus, and the fabric in forty-six outdoor choices across acrylic, polyolefin and Vinytex, including Pan White, Wabi Ecru and Pan Bone, so you can match the cushions to the frame or the paving around them. Each set is made to order in Barcelona, Spain, in the fabric and thickness you pick.

The acrylic fabrics are 100% solution-dyed acrylic with a stain and water repellent finish and a UV resistance class of 7/8, and they wash at 30°C. The polyolefin fabrics are made from a soft, mass-dyed yarn that resists stains and dirt, and Vinytex is a PVC-coated polyester, also rated 7/8 for UV resistance. For care, wipe the fabric with a damp sponge and a little neutral soap in plenty of water, use a soft brush on a stubborn stain and avoid harsh chemicals; brush or vacuum the polyolefin fabrics to lift dust.
