Description

The Clio is a 330mm diameter eyelid bulkhead light moulded from high-performance resin in a white finish, rated IP66 for outdoor use. The bulkhead houses a single E27 fitting beneath a curved eyelid hood that directs light downwards while shielding the bulb from rain and direct weather exposure. The resin body and diffuser are treated to resist corrosion from salt air, fertilisers and UV exposure, and withstand operating temperatures from -60°C to +90°C.

Designed for external wall mounting on residential and commercial buildings, the Clio suits garden walls, patios, garage exteriors, and covered walkways where a low-profile downward light is needed. The 230mm projection from the wall gives enough clearance for the eyelid to protect the bulb without the fitting protruding excessively. The IP66 rating protects against dust ingress and high-pressure water jets, making the fitting suitable for exposed coastal positions and areas subject to heavy rain or hose-down cleaning.

The white resin finish is UV-stabilised to prevent yellowing over time, maintaining a clean appearance in full sun. The eyelid design casts a controlled pool of light onto the ground or wall below while minimising upward light spill, which is useful for night-sky-friendly installations and areas where glare needs to be controlled. The fitting accepts any standard E27 bulb up to the maximum wattage stated in the Specification table, allowing choice of warm or cool white LED, or traditional CFL.
