The Cleveland is a 1094mm pillar lantern built from weathered bronze finished aluminium with a seeded glass enclosure and classical urn-top finial. The single E27 socket sits behind clear seeded glass that diffuses light into a textured glow, casting soft illumination across driveways, gate posts and front garden borders. What does the IP44 rating mean for outdoor use?

IP44 means the lantern is protected against solid objects larger than 1mm (including dust and insects) and against water splashes from any direction. This makes it suitable for outdoor installation in rain, but not for positions where it would be submerged or subjected to high-pressure water jets.

What bulb should I use?

The lantern takes a standard E27 Edison screw bulb up to 60W. Most users pair it with a warm-white LED filament bulb between 4-8W and 2200K-2700K to suit the traditional styling. Bulbs are sold separately.
