Description

This is a clear LED candle bulb: the classic tapered candle shape in clear glass, with four slim filament strips running up the centre and a small, silver-toned E14 screw cap at the base. It is 12cm long and 3.5cm across at its widest, so it slips into the compact lampholders found on chandeliers, wall lights and slim pendants. It draws 4W and gives 470lm of warm white light at 2700K, a soft, golden tone that suits a living room or a bedroom. Its IP20 rating settles where it belongs: indoors, in a dry room, inside a fitting made for an E14 bulb.

Because the glass is clear, the bulb is on view rather than hidden, and the filaments become part of the look of the fitting. That makes it a natural choice for open shades, bare lampholders, chandeliers and glass wall lights, where a frosted bulb would look flat.
