Description

At 21.5cm in diameter and 33cm tall, our Clava pendant lampshade sits comfortably as a single shade above a dining table or in a cluster of two or three across a wider space. We like this size because it holds its own without dominating a room, giving you a clear, sculptural silhouette that reads well from every angle. Weighing just 1.3kg, it is easy to hang and simple to reposition, and we find it works just as happily over a kitchen island as it does beside a bed or in a hallway.

The shade has a smooth metal form shaped like a flattened teardrop, narrow at the top and swelling gently below. There is no perforation and no fuss, so the light falls in a soft, directed pool underneath while the outer surface catches the room around it. We have finished this one in Brushed Copper, a warm tone that brings a little colour to darker schemes and sits beautifully against grey, deep green or natural wood. Compatible with E27 fittings and rated for a max 15W LED bulb (not included), it gives you plenty of flexibility over the brightness and warmth you prefer.

Made from aluminium, the shade is light yet sturdy, and the Brushed Copper finish carries a subtle texture that keeps it from looking flat under a lit bulb.
