Description

The Clarityx is a 61cm linear LED wall light with a matt black metal body housing an integrated 19.5W 3000K LED. The rectangular profile projects 90mm from the wall and runs the full 610mm length, delivering ambient light along hallways, above beds, or flanking mirrors in living spaces.

Designed for residential hallways, bedrooms and commercial corridors where continuous linear light is needed without ceiling fittings, the Clarityx mounts horizontally on standard UK back boxes and provides IP20-rated protection for dry indoor environments. The 3000K colour temperature produces a warm white output that reduces the blue content of standard daylight-temperature LEDs, making it more comfortable for evening use in bedrooms and living areas.

The matt black finish absorbs light rather than reflecting it, keeping the fitting itself visually recessive while the LED panel does the illumination work. The metal body acts as a heat sink for the integrated LED, which is rated for approximately 30,000 hours of operation before noticeable output degradation. The fitting is non-dimmable and operates on 230V mains with a standard on/off switch.

Ideal Lux manufactures the Clarityx in Italy and backs it with a 5-year warranty. The linear form works in pairs on either side of a doorway or bed, or as a single run above a console table or washbasin where overhead lighting is not available.
