Description

This wheel base from Citronic gives your 19" flightcase (flight case) a set of castors so you can move it around without lifting. It's a heavy duty base plate fitted with four castors, each measuring 10cm (4"), and every castor has its own brake mechanism so the case stays put once you've positioned it.

The base is designed to work with Citronic flightcase models 171.436, 171.736 and 171.739. To fit it you remove the rubber feet from the case to access the nuts, then bolt the base into place using the fixings that come supplied. Everything you need to attach it is included in the box, so there's no need to source extra hardware.

With a maximum weight load of 250kg, the base handles a fully loaded rack without trouble. The plate itself measures 610 x 510 x 145mm and weighs 7kg. The braked castors mean you can wheel a heavy case across a venue floor and lock it in place when you get there, which saves your back and keeps the case steady during setup and teardown.
