Description

The Citronic SUBCASA-15B is a 15-inch low frequency driver built for high power handling in medium to large PA systems. It runs at 8 Ohms and takes 500W RMS, with a large diameter voice coil and a reinforced cone that helps it cope with sustained bass output. The driver (also called a woofer in some US listings) is designed to add sub frequencies and strong dynamics when fitted into the right enclosure.

We supply this as a direct replacement for the CASA series passive sub cabinets, so if you need to service or repair an existing setup it drops straight in. It suits ported or folded horn cabinets, where the loading gets the most from the cone and gives you the low end you are after. The construction uses a reinforced paper cone on a steel frame basket, which keeps things rigid under load.
