Description

This Citronic audio lead sends a stereo feed from an mp3 player, smartphone, tablet or laptop into a mixing console or stereo amplifier. One end has a 3.5mm stereo TRS jack plug, sometimes called a 1/8 inch minijack, while the other end splits into two 6.3mm mono jack plugs, known in the US as 1/4 inch phone plugs. The lead measures 1.5m, giving you enough reach for most desktop and rack setups.

The cable is built for regular use. It uses pure copper conductors with cotton reinforcement, twinned high-grade cable and a soft-grip, anti-tangle rubberised jacket. The connectors are die-cast 6.3mm mono jack plugs and a 3.5mm stereo jack, with machine-soldered connections for a consistent, reliable join. The lead is shielded to help keep interference out of the signal.

It works well as a permanent link between a playback device and a mixer, or as a spare to keep in your bag for gigs and events. The 3.5mm end fits headphone outputs and line outs on phones and computers, and the two mono jacks connect to separate left and right inputs on your mixer or amp. If you need to feed background music into a PA system or run a quick stereo source into a desk, this lead handles the job without fuss.
