Description

This is our retro-style guitar lead, made with a nylon braid cover that suits electric guitars, instruments and general audio use for unbalanced signals. The braiding isn't just for looks; it adds protection for the cable inside and helps stop the lead tangling when you coil it away. Fitted with two straight 6.3mm mono jack plugs (called quarter-inch jacks in the US), it plugs straight into your guitar and amp or mixer.

Inside the braid you get pure copper conductors, each made up of 13 strands at 0.12mm diameter, along with cotton reinforcement to keep the cable strong over time. The jacket is a soft-grip rubberised layer that feels good in the hand and adds to the anti-tangle behaviour. Connections are machine-soldered to the die-cast 6.3mm jack plugs, so the joints stay reliable through regular gigging and rehearsal. The overall cable diameter is 6.6mm, giving a manageable feel that isn't too stiff or too thin.

This version is black and 6.0 metres long, which gives you room to move around a stage or work across a room.
