Description

This is a retro style guitar lead from Citronic, made with a nylon braided cover for a classic look. It carries unbalanced signals for guitars, other instruments, or general audio. One end has a right-angled 6.3mm (quarter-inch) mono jack plug, and the other has a straight 6.3mm mono jack plug, so you can connect your instrument to an amp or input with ease.

The braiding does more than look the part. It helps protect the cable inside and keeps the lead from tangling when you coil it up or move around on stage. Underneath the braid you get pure copper conductors with cotton reinforcement, wrapped in a soft-grip, rubberised jacket. The connections are machine-soldered to the die-cast jack plugs, which keeps them consistent and reliable through regular use.

At 3m long, this lead gives you enough room to play comfortably without excess cable underfoot. The cable measures 6.6mm across and uses 13-strand, 0.12mm diameter pure copper conductors. It comes in black here, though the range is available in various colours if you want to match your kit or keep leads easy to tell apart. A straightforward, well-made lead for players who want something practical that also looks good.
