Description

This pack from Citronic gives you six shielded audio patch leads in black, each fitted with right-angled 6.3mm (1/4 inch) mono jack plugs at both ends. They measure 0.5m each, which suits linking effects pedals on a board where you want short, tidy runs between units. The right-angled plugs sit close to the pedal body, so cables stay flat and out of the way.

The cable itself is 5.0mm in diameter and uses pure copper conductors with cotton reinforcement, giving each lead a bit of strength as well as reliable signal flow. Each conductor is made from 10 strands at 0.1mm diameter. The outer jacket is a soft-grip rubberised material that resists tangling, so you can coil and store the leads without them knotting up. Connections are machine-soldered for consistency across the set.

These leads work for guitar and general audio use, wherever you need a mono 6.3mm jack link between gear. In the US a jack plug is often called a phone plug or phono jack, so if you are cross-referencing, the connector here is the standard 1/4 inch mono type.
