Description

The Citronic M6J-J600 is a 6-metre guitar and instrument lead built for unbalanced signals. It carries a 6.3mm mono jack plug (called a quarter-inch jack in the US) at each end, so it connects your guitar, bass or keyboard to an amp or DI box without fuss. The lead is fully shielded, which helps keep hum and interference out of the signal path when you play.

Inside, the cable uses pure copper conductors, made up of 18 strands at 0.16mm each, for a clean and reliable connection. There is cotton reinforcement running through the cable for added strength, and the connections are machine-soldered for consistency. The die-cast 6.3mm mono jack plugs are the professional type, built to handle regular plugging and unplugging on stage or in the studio.

The outer jacket is a soft-grip, rubberised material designed to resist tangling, so the lead lies flat and coils away neatly at the end of a session. The cable measures 6.0mm in diameter, giving it enough body to feel solid underfoot without being stiff. At 6 metres long, it gives you room to move around a stage or rehearsal space while staying connected to your amp.
