Description

The Citronic LFCORVA-15 is a 15" woofer (also called a bass driver or bass speaker in the US) built for full range sound reinforcement cabinets. It handles 800W RMS at 8 ohms, so it copes well with the demands of live audio and installed PA systems that need solid low-end and volume. This is a heavy duty main driver made to work hard over long sessions.

Construction is a cast aluminium frame paired with a reinforced paper diaphragm (the cone). The cast basket gives the driver a stiff, stable platform that keeps everything aligned under high output. Behind that sits a large 110 x 220mm ferrite magnet weighing 3.54kg, along with a 100mm ISV voice coil. That combination is what lets the woofer take high power and push out plenty of SPL without running out of headroom.
