Description

The Citronic HF-C-208 is a 3" high frequency compression driver built around a titanium diaphragm and a neodymium magnet. It handles up to 150W rms, with a maximum power rating of 300W, and runs at 8 ohms. The neodymium magnet keeps the weight down to 2.0kg while still delivering the efficient output you need for accurate high frequency reproduction in demanding setups.

This driver is a direct HF replacement for the C-208 array cabinet, so if you are servicing or repairing that unit it drops straight in. It couples to a horn assembly (also called a horn flare) as part of a full range system, making it suited to high power sound reinforcement arrays. The 75mm (3") voice coil supports a frequency response of 800Hz to 20kHz, covering the upper range needed for clear vocals and detail.
