The Citronic CPH40-DJ is a pair of closed-back studio monitor headphones built for the different stages of music production, from recording through to mixing. The fully enclosed design keeps outside noise out and your sound in, giving you good insulation and solid bass response so you can hear what's really going on in a mix. Dynamic 40mm drivers cover the full 20Hz to 20KHz range, with a sensitivity of 103 ±3dB and a 32 Ohm impedance that suits most desks, interfaces and mixers.

Comfort matters when you're wearing headphones for hours, so the ear pads and headband use soft cushioned leather. The ear cups swivel and rotate, letting you set the correct angle for your ears or tip one cup out of the way for single-ear monitoring. At 242g without the cable, they stay light enough for long sessions without weighing you down.

The coiled cable twists and locks into either ear cup, so you can route it whichever way works for your setup and swap it if needed. It measures 5m coiled and stretches to 3m when extended. A 3.5mm stereo mini jack (also called a 3.5mm mini jack plug) connects to your gear, and a 6.3mm stereo jack adaptor (known as a 1/4 inch jack in the US) is included for larger sockets. A compact hard shell carry case is supplied to keep everything protected between jobs.
