Description

This Citronic lead connects a 3.5mm balanced TRS jack plug to two male XLR connectors, giving you a clean way to feed a stereo signal from a phone, laptop or mixer into balanced inputs. The 3.5mm jack is also known as a mini-jack, and the connection carries left and right channels split across the two XLR ends. At 1 metre long, it suits desktop and rack setups where you need a tidy run without excess slack.

The cable itself measures 6mm in diameter and uses pure copper conductors with cotton reinforcement inside a soft-grip, rubberised jacket. That build helps the lead resist tangling and stand up to repeated coiling and use. Shielding across the run keeps interference down, so the signal stays quiet and consistent whether you're recording, running a live feed or connecting playback gear to a PA.

The XLR connectors are die-cast and machine-soldered, which makes for solid, repeatable joins that hold up over time. XLR is the standard three-pin balanced connector used across audio gear, and having two male ends lets you split a single stereo source into separate left and right balanced channels. It's a practical bit of kit for anyone bridging consumer 3.5mm outputs with professional XLR inputs on desks, active speakers or interfaces.
