Christina 3 Light Crystal Chandelier - Silver & Gold Patina

The Christina is a 3 light crystal chandelier with curved metal arms finished in a hand-applied silver and gold patina, suspended from a matching canopy on a 640mm adjustable chain. Three E14 bulb fittings sit in cut glass sconces, each surrounded by clear crystal drops that hang from the arms and reflect light across the room. The frame measures 360mm diameter and 440mm height before the chain drop.

Designed for dining rooms, bedrooms and entrance halls with ceiling heights between 2.4-3m, the Christina provides ambient and decorative light without the scale of larger multi-arm chandeliers. The chandelier can be converted to a semi-flush mount configuration by removing the chain, bringing the canopy closer to the ceiling for rooms where a full drop would sit too low. The 640mm chain allows the chandelier to be positioned 520-975mm from the ceiling during installation, depending on ceiling height and table position.

The silver and gold patina finish is applied by hand across the metal frame, so tonal variation and patina density differ between individual pieces. The finish combines cooler silver tones on the raised edges with warmer gold in the recesses, giving depth to the curved scrollwork. Cut glass sconces sit at each bulb position, directing light upward through faceted edges that catch and scatter light. Crystal drops in varying sizes hang beneath the arms and from the central column, creating movement and additional light scatter when the chandelier is lit.

What bulbs does the Christina take?

The chandelier takes three E14 small Edison screw bulbs, up to 60W each. Bulbs are not included. Most users pair this with warm-white LED candle bulbs between 4-6W and 2700K for a soft ambient glow that complements the crystal and metalwork.

Can it be fitted to lower ceilings?

Yes. The chandelier can be converted to a semi-flush mount by removing the chain, which brings the fitting closer to the ceiling. In standard chandelier configuration, the adjustable chain allows drops between 520-975mm, making it suitable for ceiling heights from 2.4m upward.

Does the patina finish vary between pieces?

Yes. The silver and gold patina is applied by hand, so the density and distribution of each tone differs between individual chandeliers. This is a characteristic of the hand-finishing process, not a defect.

How is the chandelier cleaned?

Dust the metal frame and crystal drops with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. For deeper cleaning, remove the crystal drops individually and wipe with a barely-damp cloth, then dry immediately. Avoid spraying cleaners directly onto the metalwork, as this can affect the patina finish over time.
