Description

The Chord NUBP-863.1 is a UHF beltpack transmitter built to work with our NU1 wireless systems. It carries a pilot tone that keeps it in step with NU1 receivers, so the two link up cleanly and hold a steady connection while you move around. The 863.1MHz carrier frequency version is one of two options available, giving you room to run more than one system in the same space without the signals clashing.

You get up to 60m of range, which covers most stages, meeting rooms and places of worship where a beltpack is the sensible choice. The transmitter runs on 3Vdc from two AA batteries, so there are no proprietary packs to source when you need a swap mid-event. At 205 x 68 x 25mm and 76g without batteries, it clips onto a belt or waistband and stays out of the way while you present or perform.

A threaded 3.5mm mono jack sits on the top of the unit, ready for a lavalier microphone (also called a lapel or tie-clip mic) or a headset. The thread keeps the connector locked in place so it will not pull loose during use. The NUBP-863.1 pairs with Chord neckband and lavalier microphones, letting you put together a hands-free setup that suits your voice work. If you already run an NU1 system, this beltpack slots straight in as an extra transmitter or a replacement.
