The Chord FS1L is a single latching footswitch built for reliable hands-free control. It's housed in a conical pressed steel case with a flexible plastic base, so it stays put on the floor and holds up to regular use. The latching action means one press switches the state and holds it there until you press again, which suits functions where you want a setting to stay on rather than only work while you hold the switch down.
