The Chord EPP-WESTERN is a moulded hard case built for Western and Grand Auditorium acoustic guitars. It's made from EPP (expanded polypropylene), an advanced material that gives you the protection of a traditional hard case at a fraction of the weight. The whole case comes in at just 2.44kg, which makes a real difference when you're carrying your guitar between gigs or rehearsals.

Inside, the case is lined with a plush interior and fitted with neck supports to hold your instrument steady. There's an accessory compartment for spare strings, capos, a tuner and anything else you keep close to hand. A cushioned pad is supplied to support smaller body sizes such as OM models, so the case isn't limited to full-size Western shapes. That padded insert takes up the extra space and stops smaller guitars shifting about in transit.

For carrying, you get a sturdy handle plus a shoulder strap as an alternative when your hands are full. The case can be locked using one of the securing spring clips, giving you a bit of extra peace of mind at busy venues or in shared spaces. It measures 1160 x 500 x 200mm and is strong enough to stand up to the demands of touring, so it works whether you're a gigging player or just want proper protection for your acoustic at home.
