The Chord DCN-35 is a discreet neckband microphone built for presenters, speakers and stage performers who need their hands free and the mic out of sight. It sits close to the mouth on a slim neutral-coloured band, so it stays low-key on camera and under stage lighting. The cardioid pickup pattern focuses on the wearer's voice while rejecting sound from the sides and rear, which helps cut down on background noise and feedback in busy rooms.

It connects using a threaded 3.5mm mono jack, so it locks firmly into place rather than working loose during a performance. This makes it a straightforward match for Chord, Citronic and QTX bodypack transmitters running on VHF or UHF wireless systems.
