The Chord CH-50 is a chorus effect pedal built to add a lush, ringing quality to any guitar line. It works well with clean arpeggios and jangly chord sequences, giving the impression of width and spread. The effect thickens single notes and holds chords together, so a simple part sounds fuller without any change to your playing.

Three controls handle the sound: Depth, Speed and Volume. Depth sets how strong the effect is, Speed adjusts how quickly it moves, and Volume balances the output against your dry signal. Between them you can dial in anything from a subtle shimmer to a wide, watery wobble, which makes the pedal suited to a range of guitar styles. The CH-50 runs on a 9V battery, and a PP3 cell is included in the box.
