Description

The Chapel is a compact outdoor chain pendant lantern with a die-cast aluminium frame finished in black, four clear glass panels, and a single E27 bulb fitting inside. The lantern hangs from a matching black chain, sits approximately 400mm tall from base to canopy, and carries an IP44 rating for protection against dust and moisture ingress.

Designed for covered porches, front door canopies, pergolas and patio overhangs where a traditional lantern profile is wanted without the bulk of a full-sized pendant. The chain suspension allows the lantern to hang 600-1200mm below the ceiling fixing depending on how many links are used during installation, and the clear glass panels allow full light output from the bulb to reach the ground below and the surrounding walls.

The die-cast aluminium construction resists corrosion and holds its finish better than pressed steel in coastal or high-humidity environments. The black powder coat provides a neutral base that pairs with black front doors, dark timber cladding, and traditional brick or stonework. The lantern accepts any E27 bulb up to 60W including warm-white LED filament bulbs that replicate the look of gas lanterns when viewed through the clear glass.
