Description

The Carlworth is a resin table lamp with a turned, spindle-style base and a 25cm gathered Zigzag shade in digitally printed faux silk. The shape takes its cue from classic staircase spindles, finished in high gloss colour resin and paired with a pleated, tapered shade that has taped edge detailing and a plain inner lining. It measures 520mm tall with a 250mm shade diameter and weighs 1.4kg. A single B22 bulb of up to 10W sits in a switched brass lamp holder, and the lamp is compatible with B22 LED bulbs for everyday use.

This is a warm, country-style piece that suits living rooms, bedrooms and hallways alike. Use it on a side table or console, or place a matching pair either side of a bed for a balanced look. The soft glow through the fabric shade makes it a good choice for relaxed evening lighting rather than close task work, and the switched holder on the base means you can turn it on and off at the lamp itself without reaching for a wall switch across the room.

The base is moulded resin with a pale braided fabric flex, and the shade is handmade with a gathered, pleated finish.
