Description

Canter is a printed rug with a lively herd of horses prancing across it. In the Mist colourway, cream horses with blue manes and tails trot over a calm pale blue ground, each drawn with a light, playful line and turned a different way, and the whole design is framed by a deeper blue border. It is digitally printed onto 100% polyester, so the drawing of every horse reads clearly from across the room.

The cheerful pattern sits happily in a hallway or a living room, and the sizes let you decide how much floor it covers. The 61 by 230cm runner follows the length of a hall or landing, and the 76 by 150cm size suits a smaller spot such as the side of a bed or the space inside a front door. For a living room, the 120 by 170cm and 152 by 230cm sizes sit comfortably in front of or under a sofa, while the 185 by 290cm rug is large enough to anchor a bigger seating area.

It is washable, which makes it a practical choice for a busy hallway or a family living room where spills and muddy footprints are part of everyday life. The rug contains recycled materials, a sensible detail for anyone keeping an eye on what goes into their home. Before you order, measure the space and allow a margin of floor around the edges so the border has room to frame the horses.
