Description
The Camerino is a 520mm horizontal wall light built around a single cylindrical glass tube with polished chrome end caps and a white metal mounting plate. The glass diffuser runs the full length of the fitting and houses three E14 bulb sockets spaced evenly along the tube, creating a linear spread of light across bathroom mirrors, bedroom headboards or hallway walls.
Designed for mirror lighting and general wall wash applications, the Camerino sits 80mm proud of the wall and works in bathrooms (subject to zone positioning — the IP20 rating limits it to zones outside the immediate shower/bath area), above wash basins in cloakrooms, flanking bedroom mirrors, or as corridor task lighting. The dimmable compatibility allows output to be adjusted for early-morning grooming at low intensity or full brightness when detail work is needed.
The white glass tube softens the output from the three bulbs into a continuous band of diffused light rather than three distinct pools, reducing hard shadows on faces when used above mirrors. The aluminium frame and chrome end caps give the fitting structural rigidity without adding visual weight, and the white finish integrates with white-tiled bathrooms, neutral bedroom schemes and modern interiors where metallic accents are kept minimal.

Frequently Asked
Is the Camerino dimmable?
Yes. The fitting is rated as dimmable, but compatibility depends on the specific E14 bulbs used and the dimmer switch installed. LED bulbs marked as dimmable work best with leading-edge or trailing-edge dimmers designed for LED loads.
What bulbs does it take?
The Camerino takes three E14 (small Edison screw) bulbs, sold separately. Most users pair this with warm-white LED candle bulbs between 4-6W and 2700K-3000K for bathroom or bedroom mirror lighting.
Can it be used in a bathroom?
The IP20 rating means the fitting is suitable for dry indoor locations only. In a bathroom, it must be installed outside zones 0, 1 and 2 — typically above a mirror on a wall more than 600mm from the edge of a bath or shower enclosure. Check Building Regulations Part P and BS 7671 for exact zone definitions.
How is it mounted?
The white metal mounting plate fixes to the wall with screws (fixings not included — choose appropriate fixings for your wall type). The glass tube and end caps then attach to the plate, concealing the cable entry and electrical connections behind the backplate.
