The Calliera is an LED flush ceiling light made from two overlapping square frames that sit on a compact black base close to the ceiling. Each frame is black on the outside and brass on the inside, with a white plastic diffuser running around its underside, so the light comes from the frames themselves. It measures 52.5cm long, 31cm wide and 8.5cm high. The LED is integrated, drawing 18.4W and giving 2,500 lumens of neutral white light at 4000K. It is rated IP20, which settles where it goes: indoors, in dry rooms, and never in a bathroom or outdoors.

Because it is only 8.5cm high, this flush ceiling light suits rooms with lower ceilings where a pendant would crowd the space: a living room, a hallway, a bedroom or a study. With 2,500 lumens from one fitting, it has the output to work as the main light in a room, and the 4000K colour gives the clear, crisp light that suits a kitchen or a desk.
