Description

The Caldley is a simple, well-balanced table lamp with a clear cylindrical glass base and a vintage white faux silk drum shade. It is dimmable through a three-stage touch control, so a light touch steps the brightness up or down without a separate switch. It stands 570mm tall with a 350mm shade, giving good height for a console or side table. It takes a single E27 bulb up to 10W and comes on a 1.5 metre vintage white fabric flex to plug.

This lamp suits living rooms, bedrooms and hallways where you want a clean, uncomplicated design and adjustable light. The touch dimmer is especially handy on a bedside table, letting you soften the light for winding down without reaching for a switch. The clear glass base keeps the look light and airy, so the lamp sits comfortably in modern and classic rooms, and a matching pair works well either side of a bed or on a sideboard for a balanced arrangement.

The base is clear cylindrical glass paired with either a satin brass or bright nickel plated fitting, topped with a vintage white fabric drum shade. It is wired as a Class 2 double insulated fitting, so no earth is needed, and it is rated IP20 for dry indoor use. Use a dimmable E27 LED lamp so the touch dimmer works correctly.
