The Cala is an 8-light cluster pendant from Mantra with eight cylindrical LED tubes suspended from a 400mm circular matt black canopy. Each tube houses an integrated 6W 3000K LED, giving a combined 48W output and 3360 lumens. The tubes hang at staggered lengths and are finished in four colours: sand black, sand white, matt gold and rust brown, creating a multicoloured cluster that balances warm metallic and neutral tones.

Designed for installation above dining tables, kitchen islands and open-plan living spaces with ceiling heights of 2.5m or higher, the Cala provides focused downward task light rather than ambient fill. The 540mm minimum drop places the lowest tube approximately 1.5m above floor level when fitted to a standard 2.4m ceiling, which works over surfaces where people sit or stand but would be too low for circulation zones. The maximum 2500mm drop allows the cluster to be scaled to double-height spaces or vaulted ceilings.

The four finishes across the eight tubes give the cluster depth when viewed from different angles. The matt gold and rust brown tubes add warmth and pair with brass hardware, timber joinery and warm-toned interiors, while the sand black and sand white tubes provide neutral anchors that work with cooler greys and black metalwork. The cylindrical form of each tube directs light downward through a diffuser at the base, minimising glare when viewed from the side.
