The Brooklyn is a modern geometric rug made up of a patchwork of rectangular blocks in grey, green and red, with touches of blue and charcoal between them. Some blocks are flecked and heathered, while others carry a knitted, herringbone texture, so the design reads like a quilt of different yarns rather than flat colour. It is machine made in polypropylene with a smooth pile that feels even underfoot, and the mix of light and dark greys keeps the brighter greens and reds grounded.
