Description

Brooklyn is a modern geometric rug in the Grey / Rose colourway. It is made up of squares and rectangles in soft grey, rose pink and cream, set inside a wide grey border. The blocks fit together like a loose patchwork of tiles, so the pattern feels ordered without looking rigid. A cut outline runs around every block, giving each one a gently raised, sculpted edge. The rug is machine made from polypropylene with a smooth pile, so it feels even and soft underfoot rather than shaggy.

We think it belongs in the living room, where its pale palette sits happily with grey, white and natural wood. It comes in four sizes. The 60 by 120cm rug suits a spot beside an armchair or by the fireside, and the 80 by 150cm size works in front of a small sofa. At 120 by 170cm it fits neatly under a coffee table.
