This is a 3 metre length of recessed 1-phase lighting track in a black finish. It is the rail on its own, and the track lights are sold separately. It is 3 metres long, 60mm wide and 19.5mm deep, and weighs 1.39KG. Recessed mounting means the track is set into the ceiling rather than fixed onto its surface, so what shows is a slim black line just 60mm wide, level with the ceiling. At 19.5mm deep the rail has a shallow profile, a figure worth checking against the depth your ceiling allows.
