Description

The Brillia 3-phase trimless track end-right power input is a mains connection component for recessed track lighting systems, designed to sit flush with the ceiling surface. This right-hand power input feeds the track from the right side, hiding the electrical connection inside the ceiling void while the trimless profile keeps the track edge clean and continuous with the plaster line.

Designed for commercial retail, hospitality and residential track systems where the track itself is recessed into the ceiling rather than surface-mounted, the Brillia system uses 1-10V dimming control to manage the brightness of connected track heads. The white finish matches standard white ceiling paint and minimises visual disruption along the track run. The IP20 rating suits dry indoor environments including shops, galleries, offices and domestic interiors.

The component measures 140mm long with a 35mm projection from the ceiling and 34mm height, fitting standard Brillia 3-phase track profiles. Installation requires a ceiling void depth of at least 50mm to accommodate the power input body and the mains wiring connection. The 1-10V dimming function requires a compatible dimmer and low-voltage control cable run alongside the mains supply, allowing centralised brightness control across all connected track heads from a single control point.

Frequently Asked

What does 'right power input' mean?

This component feeds mains power into the track from the right-hand side when viewed from below. For track runs that need power fed from the left, a separate left-hand version is available. The orientation depends on where your ceiling mains supply is positioned relative to the track.

What is 1-10V dimming?

1-10V dimming is a low-voltage control system that uses a separate control cable (typically 2-core) running alongside the mains supply. A compatible 1-10V dimmer sends a control signal between 1V (minimum brightness) and 10V (full brightness) to the track system, which adjusts the output of all connected track heads simultaneously.

Is this compatible with surface-mounted track?

No. The Brillia trimless range is designed specifically for recessed track installations where the track profile sits flush with the ceiling surface. For surface-mounted track systems, Ideal Lux produces separate non-trimless power input components.

What ceiling void depth is needed?

A minimum of 50mm ceiling void depth is required to accommodate the power input body and the mains wiring connection. Deeper voids (75mm+) make installation easier and provide more space for cable management.
