Description

The Breeze is a 60cm semi-flush ceiling light built around an aluminium frame finished in brass, with four textured transparent acrylic panels held within intersecting circular bands. An integrated 45W LED sits behind the acrylic, casting 3000K warm white light through the textured surface to create soft scatter patterns across ceilings and walls.

Designed for rooms with ceiling heights between 2.4m and 2.7m where a full pendant drop would sit too low, the 19cm flush-mount profile suits bedrooms, living rooms, hallways and dining areas. The 60cm diameter provides sufficient spread for rooms up to 4m x 4m without overwhelming smaller spaces. The brass frame picks up warm tones from wood furniture and pairs comfortably with both neutral palettes and darker feature walls.

The textured acrylic panels diffuse the LED source behind them, avoiding harsh direct glare while maintaining light output across the room. The aluminium construction keeps the overall weight manageable for standard ceiling fixings, and the IP20 rating confirms the fitting is suitable for general interior spaces but not bathrooms or wet zones. The integrated LED removes the need to purchase separate bulbs and provides a quoted lifespan of approximately 25,000 hours at typical domestic usage patterns.

Frequently Asked

Is the Breeze dimmable?

The integrated 45W LED is not listed as dimmable in the specification. If dimmer compatibility is required, please contact us before purchase to confirm.

What room size does the 60cm diameter suit?

The 60cm spread works well in rooms up to approximately 4m x 4m. Larger rooms may benefit from additional lighting sources or a pair of Breeze fittings spaced appropriately.

Can this be used in a bathroom?

No. The IP20 rating confirms the fitting is suitable for dry interior spaces only. Bathrooms require IP44 or higher depending on zone placement.

How is the acrylic cleaned?

Wipe the textured acrylic panels with a dry microfibre cloth to remove dust. For fingerprints or marks, use a barely-damp cloth with plain water. Avoid household sprays or abrasive cleaners that may scratch the textured surface.
