Description
Our Braille Domes 3D wall panels set smooth round domes on a flat white ground. The domes sit on a grid of six by six positions, gathered into six blocks of three across by two down, with wider flat gaps between the blocks. Some positions in each block are left empty, so the domes fall into irregular clusters that read like Braille dots. Each panel is a 50 x 50cm square, and the domes rise from it in a relief 20mm deep, enough to give every one a soft shadow beneath it.
They are made for interior walls in homes, offices, hotels and shops. Run them across a feature wall behind a sofa or a bed, along a reception wall or down a hallway, and the pattern becomes something to look at rather than past. In flat daylight the domes stay calm and quiet; when light falls across the wall from one side, each dome catches a highlight on one face and drops a shadow on the other, so the clusters stand out clearly. A lamp or wall light placed to one side brings that out in the evening. The geometric pattern suits plain, modern rooms and sits just as happily alongside wood and soft textiles.
Each panel is formed from a 0.8mm PVC sheet. To fit one, spread adhesive on the back and press it onto the wall; no special equipment is needed. The panels cut to fit around edges and corners, and the joins are filled with filler and wiped clean, so the grid carries on from one panel to the next. Adhesive and filler are sold separately. Four panels cover one square metre, which makes working out how many a wall needs simple. PVC is waterproof, and the panels are low maintenance, wiping clean with a damp cloth. Keep the rest of the wall uncluttered and let the domes carry the room.

Frequently Asked
What does the Braille Domes pattern look like?
Smooth round domes stand on a flat white background in six blocks of three across by two down, with some positions left empty so the clusters look like Braille dots.
How big is each panel and how many will I need?
Each one is a 50 x 50cm square, so four panels cover a square metre of wall when you work out how many to buy.
How are the panels fixed to the wall?
You spread adhesive across the back of each panel and press it firmly onto the wall, with no special tools required.
What else will I need to buy for fitting?
You will need adhesive to fix the panels and filler for the joins; neither comes with the panels, so buy them alongside your order.
Can I cut the panels to fit my wall?
Yes, they cut to fit around edges and corners, and the joins are then filled and wiped clean so the pattern runs on without a break.
How do I clean the panels?
Wipe them over with a damp cloth whenever they need it; the white PVC is low maintenance and needs nothing more.
