Description

The Bowery is a compact IP54-rated outdoor wall light with a cylindrical white aluminium body housing a single GU10 bulb in an up/down configuration. The 144mm-tall cylinder projects 115mm from the wall and casts light through clear glass panels at both the top and bottom, creating dual beams that mark the fitting position on a wall and throw wash light onto the surface above and below.

Designed for external installation on porches, side gates, pathways and garage side walls, the Bowery provides orientation lighting rather than broad area illumination. The IP54 rating protects against dust ingress and water splashes from any direction, making the fitting suitable for exposed positions under eaves or in covered outdoor areas. The compact 64mm diameter keeps the fitting close to the wall plane and minimises projection into narrow pathways.

The white powder-coated aluminium body resists corrosion in coastal and high-humidity environments and can be painted over with exterior masonry paint if a different colour is needed. The fitting accepts any GU10 bulb up to 50W, giving flexibility to choose LED, halogen or CFL depending on desired light temperature and running cost. Most installations pair this with a 5-7W warm-white LED for low-energy pathway marking.
