The Boutique Small is a 400mm rectangular LED wall light with a matt black powder-coated aluminium frame around an integrated 21W 3000K LED panel. The rectangular aperture measures 135mm wide by 400mm tall, with a slim 46mm projection from the wall surface, making it one of the lower-profile wall lights in this size category. The LED panel inside delivers 1130 lumens at a 120° beam angle, casting light up, down and forward from the frame.

Designed for hallways, bedroom walls, living room accent positions and hotel corridor lighting, the Boutique Small provides ambient and directional light without requiring table or floor space. The dimmable LED works with trailing-edge and most leading-edge dimmers, allowing output to be reduced from full brightness down to a soft night-light glow. The 400mm height gives enough presence to anchor a wall without dominating the sightline, and the matt black finish absorbs reflections rather than catching glare from opposite windows or ceiling lights.

The rectangular frame is die-cast aluminium with a low-sheen powder coat that resists fingerprints and surface marks. At 0.75kg the fitting mounts to standard plasterboard using appropriate fixings (not supplied), or directly to brick/block with screws and plugs. The integrated LED has a rated 25,000-hour lifespan at full brightness, equating to roughly 10-15 years of typical residential use before noticeable output degradation. The 3000K colour temperature sits in the warm white range, pairing comfortably with incandescent-style filament bulbs in adjacent fittings.

Is this wall light dimmable?

Yes. The integrated LED is dimmable and works with most trailing-edge and leading-edge dimmers. Check your dimmer's specification for LED compatibility before installation. Some older rotary dimmers designed for incandescent bulbs may cause flicker or limited dimming range.

What's the actual light output?

The integrated 21W LED produces 1130 lumens at 3000K warm white. That's roughly equivalent to a 75W incandescent bulb in total output, though the 120° beam angle spreads the light more widely than a traditional bulb would.

How is it mounted?

The wall light mounts via a rear backplate that fixes to the wall using screws. For plasterboard walls, use appropriate cavity fixings rated for at least 1kg. For brick or block, standard wall plugs and screws are sufficient. Fixings are not supplied.

Can it be used in bathrooms?

The Boutique Small does not carry an IP rating for moisture protection, so it is not suitable for use within bathroom zones 1, 2 or 3 as defined by BS 7671. It can be used in other areas of the bathroom outside the zoned areas, provided adequate ventilation prevents condensation buildup.
