What bulb does the Boden take?

The fitting takes a standard E27 (Edison screw) bulb up to 60W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair outdoor wall lights with warm-white LED bulbs between 6-10W and 2700K-3000K for functional illumination, or clear filament-style LED bulbs where decorative appearance matters.

Can the Boden be used with a PIR or motion sensor?

Yes, if the PIR or motion sensor is installed upstream on the circuit before the light switch. The Boden itself does not include a built-in sensor. Standard external PIR sensors compatible with E27 fittings can be added during installation by a qualified electrician.

Is the black finish rust-resistant?

The black finish is powder-coated onto the metal frame, which provides better corrosion resistance than standard paint. However, no outdoor finish is completely immune to weathering over time.
