Description

The Blazewood is a 150mm recessed ground light with a brushed grey metal faceplate that sits flush with the ground surface, housing a single E27 bulb fitting behind a frosted glass lens. The IP54 rating protects the internal components from dust ingress and water splashes from any direction, making it suitable for pathways, driveways, patios and deck edges that see regular foot traffic and rainfall.

Designed for installation into concrete, paving or timber decking, the Blazewood requires a recessed housing to be set into the ground before the faceplate is screwed down level with the finished surface. The three fixing screws visible on the faceplate allow the bezel to be removed for bulb changes without disturbing the ground-set housing. The light accepts any standard E27 LED, halogen or filament bulb up to the fitting's maximum wattage (check the Specification tab), and the dimmable bulb holder allows brightness to be adjusted when paired with a compatible outdoor dimmer.

The frosted glass lens diffuses the light to reduce glare at ground level while allowing enough direct output to mark pathway edges or illuminate steps. The brushed grey finish on the metal faceplate blends into concrete and grey stone paving without creating a visual contrast during daylight, while the low-profile design ensures the fitting doesn't protrude above the walking surface to create a trip hazard.
