Description

The Bevbury is a wooden turned spindle wall light, a fresh update on a classic shape. The spindle is painted in a satin finish and fitted with a brass B22 lamp holder, ready to pair with one of our 20cm decorative fabric shades. It measures 258mm high, 110mm wide and projects 155mm from the wall, and weighs 0.5kg. It takes a single B22 bulb up to 7W and works with B22 LED bulbs.

Because you choose the shade separately, the Bevbury lets you set the look, from a plain shade for a quiet scheme to a patterned one for more colour. It suits hallways, living rooms and bedrooms, fitted singly or in a pair either side of a bed or a mirror. The turned wooden spindle brings a bit of texture and warmth to the wall, and the exposed brass holder keeps the classic character even before the shade goes on.

The spindle is made from sustainably sourced wood, hand-painted in satin colours including pink clay, Cotswold green, marlin blue and almond white, each with an authentic brass B22 lamp holder. As a Class 1 earthed fitting it must be connected to the mains earth, and its IP20 rating keeps it to dry indoor rooms. Pair it with a 20cm fabric shade to finish the light. Wipe the painted spindle and brass holder with a soft dry cloth, avoiding damp and abrasive cleaners. The Bevbury is also offered ready-paired with Ikat, Ripple and Zigzag shades in the range. The turned profile also casts a soft shadow on the wall, which adds to its classic character.
