Bellini 3 Light Crystal Chandelier - Oxidised Bronze

The Bellini is a 457mm crystal chandelier with three E14 candle bulbs (sold separately) enclosed in a spherical cage of oxidised bronze metalwork, dressed with antique quartz crystal droplets and beads. The cage is formed from eight curved ribs that arch from a crown finial at the top to a single crystal drop at the base, with horizontal bands wrapping the sphere at its widest point and upper section. Each rib and band is strung with faceted crystal beads, and longer crystal pendants hang from the crown and around the equator.

Designed for dining rooms, entrance halls and bedrooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, the Bellini sits between compact decorative pendants and full-scale chandeliers in scale. The 700mm fitting height from canopy to base gives the chandelier enough presence to anchor a 1.4-1.8m dining table or fill a 3-4m² landing or hall zone. The drop is adjustable on installation between 775mm minimum and 2875mm maximum, using the 2100mm chain length to calibrate the chandelier's height to the ceiling and furniture beneath.

The oxidised bronze finish is hand-applied and shows variation between individual fittings, with darker patina accumulating in recesses and around joints. The antique quartz crystals are cut to reflect and refract light in multiple directions, producing a warmer, softer sparkle than modern machine-cut crystal. The three candle bulbs provide the primary illumination, and the crystal acts as secondary diffusion rather than the main light source. Feiss produces the Bellini in both oxidised bronze and British bronze finishes — this version is the oxidised bronze.

What bulbs does the Bellini take?

The chandelier uses three E14 (small Edison screw) candle bulbs up to 60W each, sold separately. Most users pair this with warm-white LED candle bulbs between 4-6W and 2700K-3000K to mimic traditional filament candles.

What's the difference between oxidised bronze and British bronze?

Oxidised bronze has a darker, aged patina with grey-brown tones and visible weathering. British bronze is a warmer, lighter bronze with more copper tones showing through. Both are hand-finished, so individual pieces vary slightly.

Can the drop height be adjusted after installation?

The drop is set on installation by adjusting the chain length. Once the excess chain is looped inside the canopy and the chandelier is wired, changing the drop requires re-accessing the ceiling rose and re-threading the chain.

How is the crystal cleaned?

Turn off the power and allow the bulbs to cool. Wipe each crystal droplet and bead with a dry, lint-free microfibre cloth. For more thorough cleaning, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the metalwork or getting water into the bulb sockets.
