Description

The Basis CCT is a 604mm linear track light built from white-finished aluminium, delivering 24W of dimmable LED light with an adjustable colour temperature range from 2700K warm white to 6000K cool white. The fitting clips magnetically onto Maytoni's Exility 48V DC track system, allowing it to be repositioned along the track without tools or re-wiring.

Designed for kitchens, home offices, retail displays and gallery walls, the Basis provides focused linear illumination where overhead recessed lighting would be impractical or where the light source needs to be repositioned as the room layout changes. The magnetic fixing allows the fitting to be slid along the track and angled to direct light onto worktops, artwork or merchandise. The adjustable colour temperature is controlled via a compatible wall dimmer or remote, giving flexibility to switch from warm white for evening use to cool white for task lighting during the day.

The aluminium extrusion measures 604mm long, 22mm wide and 44mm deep, creating a low-profile linear light source that sits close to the ceiling plane. The white powder-coated finish integrates cleanly with white or light-toned ceilings and matches standard white track systems. The fitting draws 24W at 48V DC, requiring a compatible Exility track system with an integrated driver — it cannot be used on standard 230V mains track systems. The IP20 rating restricts use to dry indoor locations only.
