Description

The Baselle is a set of three round recessed downlights in white, each with a steel body and a frosted lens set inside a slim white ring. Each light measures 7.8cm in diameter, so the visible trim stays small and neat against the ceiling. They take a GU10 lamp, and each light is rated at 2.8W and 250lm. The IP20 rating settles where they belong: indoors, in dry rooms, away from splashing water. They run on 220-240V mains and are switched at the wall, with no switch of their own.

Because they come as a set of three, they suit a run of lights along a hallway or landing, or an even spread across a living room, bedroom or study. Recessed lights keep the ceiling clear, which helps a low or small room feel more open, and the white trim blends into a white ceiling rather than drawing the eye.
