Description

The Balm Air is an aluminium garden dining armchair with its seat and back cushions included, made in the outdoor fabric you choose. Its frame is round extruded aluminium tube with a polyester powder coating, drawn into a gently curved back rail that runs on into the arms, over four straight legs. The air version has an open back, without rope. It stands 63cm wide, 61cm deep and 80cm high, with a seat height of 45cm and arms at 65cm, for sitting at a dining table.

Put it round a dining table on a terrace or patio or in the garden for long lunches outside; it is made for outdoor use and resists weathering and sunlight. With a packed weight of 8kg without its cushions, it is easy to carry from table to table. We sell it in fifteen powder-coated frame colours, among them Textured White, Textured Ivory and Stone, and its cushions come in forty-six outdoor fabrics in acrylic, polyolefin and Vinytex, such as Pan White, Wabi Ecru and Pan Bone.

The design is by Estudi Manel Molina, and each chair is made to order in Barcelona, Spain, from extruded aluminium finished in polyester powder coating; the seat and back cushions are filled with 100% polyether fibre and foam and are removable. To care for the frame, clean it regularly with warm water, neutral soap and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth, rinse well and dry it to avoid water marks. For the fabrics, use a damp sponge with a little neutral soap in plenty of water and a soft brush for a stubborn stain, never harsh chemicals; the acrylic fabrics wash at 30°C, and the polyolefin fabrics can be brushed or vacuumed to lift dust.
