Description
The Averin is a 650mm vertical wall light built from two natural Spanish alabaster columns held by a matte black centre bracket and a circular wall plate. Each 60mm-diameter alabaster section sits above and below the bracket to form a single elongated line, lit from within by an integrated 10W LED running at 3000K on 230V mains. The stone itself acts as the diffuser, so the warm light reads through the alabaster rather than from a visible bulb.
Installed vertically, the Averin suits hallways, stairwells, bedroom feature walls and the sides of bathroom mirrors where a tall, narrow light source is needed. The 105mm projection keeps the fitting close to the wall, which works in narrower corridors and beside doorways where a deeper sconce would intrude. Mounted in pairs either side of a bed or a mirror, the twin columns frame the wall with even, low-glare light at standing height.
The alabaster columns show natural veining and tonal variation that only become visible once the LED is on, with each column drawn from a different section of stone so no two fittings light identically. The matte black bracket and back plate are finished to a low sheen that absorbs reflections and reads as a clean graphic break between the two stone sections. With a 100mm overall width and 650mm height, the proportions are intentionally slim and tall rather than broad.

Frequently Asked
Does it come with the bulb?
Yes. The Averin uses an integrated 10W LED rated at 3000K, so no separate bulb is needed and none can be replaced by the user. The LED runs on 230V mains.
Can the Averin be installed horizontally?
The fitting is designed to mount vertically as a tall column, but the round wall plate and centre bracket allow horizontal mounting above a mirror or artwork if preferred. Cable entry should be planned during first fix.
Is it suitable for a bathroom?
The Averin does not carry a stated IP rating in the specification, so it is intended as a general interior wall light rather than a bathroom-zone fitting. For use beside a basin mirror outside the splash zones, please confirm suitability with a qualified electrician.
How is the alabaster cleaned?
Wipe the stone gently with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. Avoid household sprays, polishes and chemical cleaners, which can stain or dull the porous alabaster surface.
