Description

The AV:Link STV19F is a twist-on F connector designed for RG6 and CT100 type coaxial cables with outer diameters between 6.5mm and 7mm. The connector body is machined from zinc alloy with a threaded outer barrel that twists onto the prepared cable end, compressing an internal gripping ring around the cable's outer jacket for a secure mechanical and electrical connection.

Used in residential and commercial satellite, cable TV and aerial installations, the STV19F provides a reusable connection that can be hand-tightened without specialist crimping tools. The twist-on design allows the connector to be fitted on-site during cable runs, useful when pre-terminated cables would be impractical. The F connector standard is widely compatible with UK satellite receivers, distribution amplifiers, wall plates and splitters expecting a threaded coaxial connection.

The zinc alloy body provides corrosion resistance and shielding continuity across the connector barrel. The bulk pack format supplies multiple connectors for installers working across several rooms or properties, reducing per-unit cost compared to retail-packaged singles. Each connector weighs approximately 8g and adds roughly 30mm of length to the cable end once fitted.
