Description

This 1-gang multimedia wallplate brings your key connections together in one tidy place. It houses an 8K HDMI socket alongside a Super-Speed USB3.0 socket, so you can route high-resolution video and fast data through a single faceplate. It's a neat way to keep a desk, media unit or wall free from trailing leads.

The plate follows the standard 1-gang faceplate size and comes with the sockets, cables and connectors you need. The rear cables and connections mean you can add the plate without rewiring the wall behind it, which makes fitting more straightforward. Fixing screws are supplied, so you have what's needed to mount it once you've made your connections. The faceplate itself measures 85 x 85mm and the assembly runs to 210mm in depth, weighing 85g.

On the HDMI side, the socket carries video up to 7680 x 4320 at 120Hz, which is 8K, with bandwidth up to 48Gbps. That covers current high-resolution sources and gives you headroom for future kit.
